TERMS, CONDITIONS and WAIVER OF RIGHTS

1. The Draft Tournament is an ice hockey tournament that is not sanctioned by any of the governing bodies.

2. You are taking part in the games at your own risk, and you agree that the organisers and venues hold no responsibility should any injury be sustained. Therefore I waiver any rights to claim or sue the organisers of the draft tournament in the event of an accident or personal injury.

3. It is your responsibility to organise your own holiday insurance which includes winter sports coverage.

4. No alcohol to be consumed during the games.

5. Final payment must be made in full by 28th March 2025.

6. After the 28th March 2025, if a player cannot take part for any reason they will lose their deposit. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if we find a replacement player. We have outgoings based on your place that need to be paid well in advance of the tournament.

7. Any player that is unable to make the tournament after June 1st 2025 will lose the entire entrance fee for the same reason as point 6.

8. Players must be 18 years old on or before 22nd August 2025.

9. No fighting allowed in the draft tournament games. We are here for fun. Please play in the spirit of the tournament. Anyone fighting will be removed from the tournament and banned from future events. No refunds will be given.

10. Do not hog the ice. Please respect the other players on your team.

11. If anyone is caught stealing one of the draft tournament pucks, there will be a fine of £10 and the player will have no involvement in any future events.

12. If anyone called for abuse of official, they will be kicked out of the tournament and won't be invited back to future events.

13. If any one is reported for bullying another player, either in person or via social media, they will be removed from the tournament and not invited back.

14. All protective equipment must be worn as specified by IIHF for players and goalies. This includes neck guards.
